Booth/table layout for the Dr. Blaise F. Alfano Conference & Banquet Center will be available on the
set-up date, Thursday May 8th, 2008, between 7:00 am - 9:00 am.

pay my registration fees (electricity, shipping, telephone lines, etc.)?
